What makes Blends by Orly different from a baking mix is that you can use a Blend in any of your own recipes.  You don't have to change your recipe,  just replace the flour with one of the Blends by Orly!  Next time you discover a mouth-watering recipe that calls for wheat flour in it,  you can have the satisfaction of knowing that you will be able to make that recipe to taste as written.  Here are some suggestions for How To Use each Blend and some recipes for my own creations, but feel free to use your own!
