Gluten Free Jewish Holiday Carrot Kugel 

My mom makes this recipe every Rosh Hashana with regular wheat flour. This year she used Blends by Orly Sydney Blend and raved about how gorgeous and delicious it was!  Happy & Sweet New Year!

One bag of baby peeled carrots ground up in a food processor
1 cup of Blends by Orly
½ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¾ cup of canola oil
2 extra large eggs
tsp vanilla

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl by hand and pour into any dish you like but I like using a spring form bundt pan.   Bake for approx. 45 minutes on 350 degrees.  You might need to keep it in for 55 minutes depending on how hot your oven is.
